My Story
I’m the founder of McReeva and the person you’ll work with from first call to finished fix.
I’ve spent 8+ years solving operational, financial and service-delivery problems across private, public and third-sector organisations in the UK and the Cayman Islands. Along the way I’ve found about £150K a year in revenue that was never being billed, uncovered about £500K in supplier overcharges, and built systems that cut administration time in half.
What ties it together is how I work: I get into the detail of how things actually happen, find what’s really causing the problem, and then build the fix with your team, using the tools you already have wherever possible.
I hold an MSc in Management from the University of Birmingham.
Where I’ve worked
Operations & Transformation Lead, Camden Learning (London)
Assistant Operations Manager, Saxon (Cayman Islands)
Business Operations & Performance Officer, Cayman Islands Government
Office Operations Coordinator, Cayman Islands Cancer Society
How I work
Understand before fixing. Problems often show up in one place but start somewhere else. I trace them back to where they actually begin.
Simplify before automating. Automating a bad process just makes it fail faster. I remove unnecessary steps first, then automate what’s left where it adds value.
Fix the process, not just the symptom. Finding missing money is useful. Fixing the process that let it go missing is what stops it happening again.
Not sure where to start? Tell me what isn’t working and we’ll go from there.
